Service Notice
Your refrigerated air-conditioning system does require regular maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency, maintaining your system adds life expectancy, reduces running costs and provides a healthy performance.
We are able to offer for your consideration our yearly DISCOUNTED scheduled service for your machine. Clients who accept this service will receive a Priority call out & $50 credit toward any parts should your machine require them at the time of service.
This service will be conducted between August-November
Service Details
- Check refrigerant gas pressures.
- Test power draw as compressor.
- Clean return air filter.
- Spray mechanical protective coating if required.
- Adjust where necessary to ensure the machine will continue to function as originally intended.
- Check airflow performance.
- Report any mechanical defects.
- Test zones if applicable. (Ducted only)
Service Incentives
- FREE batteries provided for your remote control
- A detailed written report if repairs are required
- $50.00 credit, towards any parts required at the time of service

Do you need to be home for this service?
- We will call to advise the scheduled day for service.
- A fixed day/time for this service will be an additional cost of $50. If a fixed date is required, please provide your preferred date & am/pm in the Additional Information (ie Fixed Date AM/PM) field above.
- Machines with remote controllers do require you to be home to complete the service.
